Refund Policy
Refunds will be given on items purchased that are returned within 7 days of the original purchase date with a receipt provided they still have the original tags attached, are unworn or unused and not dirty, stained or damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. While we will process your refund on the day it is accepted for return, please be aware that banks and credit card companies take various amounts of time to process a refund. These can take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account. We are not responsible for the amount of time that it takes for a refund to be processed.
Exchanges or Store Credit will be issued for items returned between 8-14 days from the original date of purchase with a receipt provided they still have the original tags attached, are unworn or unused and not dirty, stained or damaged.
After 14 days from the date of purchase we cannot return, exchange, or offer store credit for any items.
You may contact us by email to request a return at Allisonannsboutique@gmail.com. We will contact you within 24 hours to advise where the items can be returned for inspection and processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items must be returned within 2 days of the date of purchase.
Other Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Due to certain circumstances some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include the following:
- Any Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged
- Any undergarments
- Bathing suits
- All bath/body or personal care products.
- Personalized, custom or special orders are non-refundable. Please make sure to review any personalized items upon purchase as you are responsible for any errors.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Any items designated as non-returnable on the receipt
